Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Cell City Inc. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Manage and motivate a team of sales workers, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock discrepancies.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
  • Merchandise Management: Ensure accurate and timely receipt of merchandise, and maintain a well-organized store environment.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage store finances, including authorizing payments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports, analyzing trends and providing insights to inform business decisions.
