Retail Store Operations Manager

At Ontario Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, establishing work schedules, and resolving customer complaints and supply shortages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire and train staff to ensure excellent customer service
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to achieve business objectives
  • Oversee payroll administration and conduct performance reviews

Requirements:

  • Accurate and organized with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • Reliability and initiative to drive results
  • Team player with a client-focused approach

Experience:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail store environment
  • Permanent position with 35 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
