Food Service Operations Manager

The Masala Bay is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, estimating ingredient and supply needs, and maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. You will also be responsible for establishing work schedules and preparing budget and cost estimates. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and are looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and at least one year of experience in a similar role.
