  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage service staff to achieve exceptional customer service and sales targets.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food and beverage service management role.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Efficient interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent oral communication skills.
    • Organized and reliable.
    • Team player with a positive attitude.
Working Conditions
  • 35 hours per week.
