Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our team at K Motel Steakhouse & Family Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve high standards of quality and service, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
