Food Service Operations Manager

The Masala Bay is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates for food and supplies
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient operations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Willingness to relocate for the right opportunity
- Relocation costs covered by employer
- Permanent work term
- 35 hours per week
- English language work environment
