Key Responsibilities


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.


• Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide tailored solutions in a professional and diplomatic manner.


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify client needs and preferences, ensuring seamless transaction experiences.


• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex client concerns and resolve issues efficiently.


• Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements


• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a title insurance or real estate environment.


• Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal).


• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.


• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and title insurance software.


• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, and be available for overtime as needed.
