Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Program Manager to join our team at Arc'teryx.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employee wellbeing programs, including health and dental benefits, wellness initiatives, and paid time off policies.
  • Provide consultation to key stakeholders on program awareness, policies, and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify timely solutions and process improvements.
  • Analyze data and feedback from employee listening channels to identify gaps and provide recommendations for employee education campaigns and program adjustments.
  • Support the design and management of Paid Time Off programs and other perquisites.
  • Audit and report on program performance, trends, and employee data integrity.
  • Manage case escalations from disability management programs with a high degree of sensitivity.
  • Provide direction on program configurations and accurate employee and employer premiums calculations to Payroll and HRIS teams.
  • Lead benefits projects, including annual open enrollment and implementations.
Requirements
  • Possess a post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business (or equivalent experience).
  • Have 5+ years' working experience with a Canadian or global benefits environment.
  • Demonstrate strong vendor and relationship management skills.
  • Show strong analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
Location

North Vancouver, BC or Hybrid/Remote.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per year.
