Job OverviewWe are seeking a US Benefits Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our employee insurance program across the United States. The successful candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience in benefits, with a strong understanding of U.S. benefits regulations and compliance.
Responsibilities- Oversee the daily administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and our internal giving program, the We Stand Together Fund
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing benefits programs. Research and benchmark benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Manage relationships with benefits vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and service agreements to optimize service and cost-efficiency.
- Post-secondary education, ideally in HR, or equivalent experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500-$135,900 CAD annually. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
