Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to join our US Benefits Management team as a key contributor. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our employee insurance program across the United States. With 5-7+ years of experience in benefits, you will have a strong understanding of U.S. benefits regulations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to develop innovative benefits solutions
- Develop and deliver clear communications regarding benefits programs, policies, and changes to employees
- Post-secondary education, ideally in HR, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in managing benefits programs and vendor relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
The estimated salary for this role is $113,600 CAD annually. In addition to a competitive base salary, you may be eligible for our annual bonus program and comprehensive benefits package.
