Administrative Coordinator for Neat Cleaning Services

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Neat Cleaning Services LTD. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Responsibilities- Office Administration: Carry out various administrative activities, including reviewing and evaluating new procedures, delegating tasks to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
- Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Coordination and Planning: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Reporting and Correspondence: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook
- Transportation: Own transportation
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Competitive Salary: CAD $45,000 - $55,000 per annum
