About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our daily cleaning operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team and ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of equipment and furniture
  • Maintain accurate financial records and process payments for specialized cleaning jobs
  • Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide training as required
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet customer needs
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
  • Reliability, client focus, and strong work ethic

Working Conditions
