Administrative Leadership Position for KKD Cleaning Services

KKD Cleaning Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, this role will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can effectively manage and coordinate our administrative procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new policies, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, delegating tasks to support staff, and ensuring that all administrative activities are carried out efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Policy Implementation: Develop and implement effective administrative procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Task Management: Delegate tasks to office support staff, prioritize workloads, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Gather data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure with tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. Additionally, the ability to work independently and as part of a team is vital.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.
