We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at URBAN CANADA IMMIGRATION SERVICES LTD.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring that established procedures are followed and deadlines are met. This role involves carrying out various administrative activities, coordinating office services, assisting in budget preparation, and assembling data for reports and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with organizational goals and objectives
- Establish work priorities and implement efficient procedures to meet deadlines
- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Degree in Business Administration or related field; or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an immigration services setting
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience
