Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Product Manager to join our team. As a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of digital products and services that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital product strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch digital products and services that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop digital solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Manage the development and launch of digital products and services, including project planning, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform digital product development and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Bayer Crop Science remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful digital products and services.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
