About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Optimization Manager to join our team at Haleon. As a key member of our Digital Transformation team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing media and digital strategies that drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute media and digital strategies that align with business objectives and brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, target audiences, and messaging priorities.
  • Function as an in-market expert in the media and digital space, developing holistic strategies in key channels (OLV, Social Media, Search, eCommerce, etc.) for implementation across all Haleon brands.
  • Facilitate the implementation of full funnel audience planning, developing plans in conjunction with the media agency across awareness, consideration, and purchase with clear KPIs and messaging for each stage of the funnel.
  • Monitor media reporting performance, identifying key insights, and sharing optimizations for implementation. Implement test & learn campaigns, analyze results, and implement scaled optimizations across brands.
  • Advance Haleon's use of 1P and 3P data, including activating CRM lists, remarketing, and use of purchase-based retailer data for targeting.
  • Manage relationships with media agencies and key partners, including Google, Amazon, Meta, and Instacart.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and changes to the media and digital landscape.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years' digital marketing, digital media, or related ad-tech experience.
  • 2+ years' experience analyzing performance-oriented, digital media campaigns.
  • 2+ years' experience translating digital marketing data & results into actionable recommendations for cross-functional business stakeholders.
  • Detailed understanding/knowledge of paid search advertising, programmatic digital advertising, social media advertising, and all associated metrics and related KPI's.
  • Demonstrated experience and success working with, and getting results from, an agency partner (If a client) or client (If working at an agency).
  • Excellent working knowledge of web analytics tools and related digital marketing metrics and the ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of business users and technical resources.
  • 2+ years of experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with very strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to independently learn new tools/technology, leveraging trends to support the business.
  • Highly organized, solution-oriented, quick learner, proactive, and have a positive attitude.
  • Must be detail-oriented with a bias towards action (self-starter) and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Highly analytical: Data-driven mindset coupled with the ability to effectively communicate and present to senior executives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Digital Marketing degree or equivalent industry certification.
  • 3+ years advertising agency or digital marketing agency experience.
  • 1+ years 'hands-on' experience managing & setting up digital marketing campaigns in one or more common digital advertising platforms – Google, Facebook, etc.
  • 1+ years 'hands-on' experience building and using visual dashboarding tools such as Microsoft BI, Google Data Studio, etc.
