- Evolve our content strategy to meet the needs of our customers, leveraging knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Set standards and best practices for content creation, production, and delivery, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop digital marketing and content skills, sharing best practices and expertise to drive business results.
- Evaluate content and channel performance, providing recommendations for improvement and driving data-driven decision making.
- Apply industry best practices to content development and deployment, ensuring alignment with global content strategy and local market needs.
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, championing integrated approaches to content processes and digital production.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience, leveraging customer insights and data to drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years of dedicated digital marketing experience, either in-house or with an agency.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for content development in the pharmaceutical industry in Canada (PAAB & ASC).
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, with strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of customer-centric experience design approaches and methodologies, including design thinking, usability testing, and prototyping.
- Familiarity with experience design tools and technologies (e.g. Sketch, InVision, Adobe, Miro, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
- Experience with digital marketing channels, Google Analytics, and media buying is an asset.
- Pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience is preferred, either in-house or via agency.
- Leadership capabilities: visionary, architect, catalyst, coach (VACC). Demonstrated capacity to foster unity and build inclusivity within a diverse team.
