About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Product Owner to join our team at Bombardier. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of dedicated initiatives in our strategy roadmap aimed at reducing costs and increasing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be part of the Programs Digital Innovation Office working in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Support the development and execution of initiatives to integrate digital technology into various aspects of the organization, including operational procedures and culture
  • Lead business-focused teams in the integration of digital technology
  • Work across functions, including Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Aftermarket, Finance, and HR
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure IT and AI needs are captured and aligned with Bombardier's framework
  • Identify and execute key initiatives with technological solutions
  • Create, harmonize, and track plans to achieve objectives
  • Coordinate resources involved in projects
  • Capture and identify ROI/benefits of digital solution technologies implementation
  • Connect digital transformation activities with other work streams to identify synergies and ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones
  • Provide weekly status reports and control risks
  • Integrate into the business unit to support and implement approved initiatives
  • Organize and direct business development activities, such as presentations, proposal creation, and Statements of Work (SOW)
Requirements
  • University degree or college diploma in engineering with a focus on aerospace, artificial intelligence, data analytics, or technology implementation
  • 5-8 years of experience as a project manager or product owner with aircraft manufacturing experience and/or digital technology implementation
  • Supply Chain experience is an asset
  • Experience as a project manager in an industrial or corporate environment and aircraft manufacturing experience is an asset
  • Strong financial acumen is an asset
  • Excellent spirit of synthesis and ability to popularize technical information in written and oral communications in French and English
  • Autonomy, innovation, and dynamism
  • Leadership and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and influence others
  • Good computer skills in a Windows environment, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Teams, PowerBI, etc.
  • Organized, results-oriented, and flexible to changing priorities
