About the Role

Bayer is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager Digital Transformation to join our team. As a key member of our cross-functional squad, you will be responsible for the success of our brand, driving business growth through innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Lead the launch of digital initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring seamless integration with our product and customer squads.
  • Implement digital channels and champion customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) solutions for our organization.
  • Streamline and optimize our multi-media content development process, ensuring timely and effective content delivery to our customers.
  • Evolve our content strategy to a modular approach, adapting content to meet the needs of our customers and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Set standards and best practices for content creation, production, and delivery to our customers.
  • Share best practices internally and support the development of digital marketing and content skills among our internal stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and optimize our content and channel performance, recommending improvements to drive business growth.
  • Apply industry best practices to content development and deployment, ensuring our digital solutions meet the highest standards.
  • Partner with our global content strategy team to ensure our Canadian needs are represented in future developments.
  • Foster a content mindset within our organization, championing integrated approaches to content processes and digital production.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or a related field.
  • 5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years of dedicated digital marketing experience, either in-house or with an agency.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for content development in the pharmaceutical industry in Canada.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and lead priorities to drive results.
  • Understanding of customer-centric experience design approaches and methodologies, including design thinking, usability testing, and prototyping.
  • Familiarity with experience design tools and technologies, such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe, and Miro.
  • Skilled relationship-builder and cross-functional collaborator with proven leadership and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills, with a sense of urgency and ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
  • Experience with DTC, Google Analytics, and media buy is an asset.
  • Pharma/biotech experience is preferred, either in-house or via agency.
  • Leadership capabilities include Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, and Coach (VACC), with the ability to foster unity and build inclusivity within a diverse team.
