- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a positive and efficient work environment.">
- Participate in the development and evaluation of resident care programs to meet the evolving needs of our residents.">
Requirements
">- ">
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential nursing setting.">
- Valid nursing and CPR certification, as well as a degree in nursing; a master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration is an asset.">
- In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry, including Fraser Health licensing and registration requirements.">
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop personnel.">
- Outstanding problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.">
