Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Specialist in Palliative Care. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with complex medical needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and develop individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to ensure informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Graduation from an approved school of Nursing
  • One (1) year recent acute medical/surgical nursing or acute palliative care experience
  • Completion of a certificate in the designated clinical area
