Job Description

The Director of Care is responsible for overseeing all nursing operations at Tabor Home Society, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. This includes creating a collaborative and efficient workplace, developing and evaluating resident care programs, and initiating quality improvement activities.

As a seasoned healthcare professional, you will be expected to lead by example, drive quality care, and inspire a supportive environment that promotes teamwork and innovation. Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A degree in nursing, preferably a master's degree or higher;

  • Experience working in geriatric care settings.
