About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for neonatal nursing to join our team. You will work closely with primary care providers and specialists to develop and implement individualized care plans that prioritize the needs of each patient.

  • Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care provided

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of neonatal nursing principles and practices is essential, as well as the ability to apply evidence-based research to inform clinical decision-making.

In addition to a competitive salary range of CAD $41.42 - $59.52 per hour, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including four weeks of vacation to start, comprehensive health benefits, and a pension plan.
