About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Professional. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide recruitment support, including coordinating interviews and reference checks
- Process personnel transactions, such as new hires, terminations, and changes in benefits
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employment and human resources
- Communicate with employees and management regarding HR-related matters
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
