About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Professional. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide recruitment support, including coordinating interviews and reference checks
  • Process personnel transactions, such as new hires, terminations, and changes in benefits
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employment and human resources
  • Communicate with employees and management regarding HR-related matters
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
