We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Community Living Society. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, including answering telephone and electronic enquiries, compiling data and statistics, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Compile data and statistics
  • Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized and able to multitask, and have a strong understanding of human resources software and technical terminology.

Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in human resources
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Strong understanding of human resources software and technical terminology
