Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Community Living Society. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Set up and maintain filing systems
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Maintain digital databases
  • Utilize HR software
  • Develop and implement HR processes
  • Collaborate with teams
  • Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Certification in HR or a related field is an asset
