Regional Business Development Specialist

At Kal Tire, we are seeking a talented Regional Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing new business opportunities in the region.
Job DescriptionThis exciting role involves:
- Focusing on regional customers to establish net new business for the region.
- Prospecting, negotiating, and acquiring new business to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align market strategies with applicable business objectives for the portfolio.
To excel in this position, you will require:
- A strong understanding of the tire industry and its trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to a base salary, you can also expect additional bonuses on top of the base, as well as a benefits program including extended health, dental, employee assistance program, life insurance, and RRSP matching program.
