About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Secure Systems Engineer to join our team in protecting customer data across multiple countries.

As a key member of our Stores Security team, you will be responsible for designing and building secure endpoint access mechanisms and endpoint exploitation prevention systems. Your work will help protect sensitive customer information from malicious groups and programs.

Our team's mission is to assess risk, classify data and systems, detect potential intrusion, and respond quickly to security events across Amazon's critical business functions.

You will collaborate with business teams across Amazon to build security best practices into their mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build secure endpoint access mechanisms and endpoint exploitation prevention systems.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled Secure Systems Engineer with:

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
  • Full software development life cycle experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
