This role focuses on facilitating the democratization of data for clinical and non-technical employees, ensuring a secure environment that protects Patient Health Information (PHI).

About the Role

As a full-time Data Engineer within our IT department, you will work closely with our Reporting and Analytics team to develop, maintain, and optimize secure data pipelines.

You will design, construct, install, test, and maintain scalable and secure data management systems, while ensuring seamless integration across key platforms like Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Azure, Kipu, Salesforce, Hubspot, Netsuite, ADP, and Genesys.

  • Design and implement secure data management systems
  • Facilitate data access for non-technical users
  • Develop and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture
  • Ensure PHI confidentiality and compliance

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop new data solutions like Snowflake and Fivetran, evaluating their utility for enhancing our secure data infrastructure.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Data Engineering role
  • Hands-on experience with data platforms
  • Strong scripting and programming skills, particularly in languages like Python, Java, Scala
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
