Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain high-quality standards for character art
  • Create iconic 3D characters and creatures that drive the quality bar for our project
  • Guide and mentor junior artists on both creative and technical levels
  • Ensure consistency in style and quality across all characters and creatures
  • Collaborate with art directors and technical artists to develop art pipelines and workflows
  • Elevate and visualize our artistic vision as part of an outstanding development team
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in AAA game development as a Character Artist
  • Experience collaborating with other Character Artists and art directors
  • Deep understanding of next-generation asset creation pipelines and tools
  • Exceptional understanding of character form, shape, structure, and silhouette
  • Ability to contribute, interpret, and communicate art direction within a team
  • Collaborative approach to problem-solving and prototyping
  • Bilingual French and English
