Lead Character Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Character Artist to join our team at Hasbro. As a key member of our art department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D characters and creatures that bring our game worlds to life.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain high-quality standards for character art
- Create iconic 3D characters and creatures that drive the quality bar for our project
- Guide and mentor junior artists on both creative and technical levels
- Ensure consistency in style and quality across all characters and creatures
- Collaborate with art directors and visual leads to develop art bibles and visual direction
- Partner with tech artists and programmers to plan and implement character art pipelines
- 7+ years of experience in AAA game development as a character artist
- Experience collaborating with other character artists and art directors
- Strong understanding of character form, shape, structure, and silhouette
- Deep knowledge of next-generation asset creation pipelines, tools, and workflows
- Ability to contribute, interpret, and communicate art direction within a team
- Collaborative approach to problem-solving and prototyping
- Passion for fiction stories and role-playing games
- Bilingual French and English
