We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Nguyen's Vietnamese Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure profitability and make adjustments as needed.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting performance expectations.
  • Menu Planning: Work with the culinary team to plan and implement new menu items and promotions.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
Working Conditions:

The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to multitask effectively.
