The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our SAP Modernization Program Team as a Project Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities and initiatives, managing meeting agendas, planning, resource scheduling, and organization of a broad range of activities.

You will also provide administrative assistance to the Executive Director, including coordinating the onboarding process for new employees, acquiring equipment and software, network access, access to SAP systems, and the SharePoint documentation library.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist program leadership in coordinating project activities and initiatives based on needs.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Support the Executive Director in the administration and coordination of executive activities.
  • Coordinate and prepare documentation, meeting minutes, communications, agendas, and reports for approval.
  • Produce accurate reports for SAP MP leadership by collecting data from a variety of sources and inputting that data into standard formats as necessary.
  • Lead office management activities and processes.
Qualifications and Experience

Requirement: Bachelor's degree + 1 year related experience (such as working with Information Technology procedures, policies, and guidelines); or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

The following will also be required for the position:

  • Experience with Office 365 product suite including but not limited to:  PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and assess emerging issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with a diverse team and group of stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team.

The following skills and working experience will be considered assets:

  • Experience working in an SAP/ERP support organization.
  • Understanding of an alternate service provider supported organization.
