Multitask Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Multitask Office Coordinator to join our team at Eurohouse Interiors Inc.
Responsibilities:- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, staff, and management members.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls and relay messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage incoming electronic enquiries and respond accordingly.
- Maintain the inventory of office supplies and arrange for new orders when necessary.
- Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and book hotel rooms for business trips.
- Welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas within the office.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure efficient record-keeping.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents using Microsoft Office applications.
- Oversee and manage digital databases to store important company data.
- Permanent employment position with a minimum duration of 1 to less than 7 months.
- A strong command of the English language as the primary means of communication.
- A flexible schedule with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- A comprehensive health care plan to support employees' well-being.
Please note that this is a permanent position with a competitive salary. The estimated annual salary for this role is $35,000 - $45,000, based on industry standards and location factors.
