Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Multitask Office Coordinator to join our team at Eurohouse Interiors Inc.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, staff, and management members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls and relay messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming electronic enquiries and respond accordingly.
  • Maintain the inventory of office supplies and arrange for new orders when necessary.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and book hotel rooms for business trips.
  • Welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas within the office.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure efficient record-keeping.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Oversee and manage digital databases to store important company data.
Requirements:
  • Permanent employment position with a minimum duration of 1 to less than 7 months.
  • A strong command of the English language as the primary means of communication.
  • A flexible schedule with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
