About the Role

The Retail Representative is a key member of the Acosta team responsible for driving sales growth and expanding KitchenAid's presence in the designated territory. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing coverage plans, managing merchandising activities, and delivering high-quality product demonstrations. The successful candidate will also gather market insights to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute coverage plans for assigned territories
• Manage merchandising activities and ensure effective product placement
• Deliver high-quality product demonstrations and engage with trade partners
• Gather market insights to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Work closely with trade partners to create in-store displays and promotional materials
• Participate in trade shows and other events to promote products and build brand awareness
• Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and internal stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1-2 years of sales experience in the consumer goods sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for regular travel within assigned territory
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
