Description and Requirements

As a Midea Brand Advocate, you'll provide excitement, knowledge, and assistance to help spark sales for Midea by engaging store personnel and customers.

What will you do?

- Excite customers by promoting Midea products (smart home and appliances).
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with store associates and management with the priority to drive sales.
- Elevate the customer experience by maintaining merchandising standards of all products and displays.
- Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to management.
- Train retail staff on client products, promotions, and messaging.
- Provide feedback and insights back to the team around store performance, customer insights, and opportunities.

How will you succeed?

- Leveraging your passion for appliances, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrating your strong communication skills.
- Identifying creative solutions for problems.

Experience and Qualifications

- Previous telecommunications, mobile, or appliance experience would be an asset.
