At Modern Neon Signs, we are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, answering telephone calls and relaying messages, and ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory. You will also set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, perform data entry, and provide customer service. Additionally, you will perform basic bookkeeping tasks, assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure. Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines

Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
