Social Programs Coordinator

At S.U.C.C.E.S.S., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Programs Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about making a difference in their community.
About the RoleThis position plays a key role in developing, implementing, and evaluating social programs that promote the well-being of vulnerable populations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement social programs that address the needs of diverse communities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify program opportunities and develop proposals
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Build relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance program delivery
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. social work, public administration)
- 1-2 years of experience in social program development or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
