Job Title: Delivery Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at IFS Dedicated Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet customer demands
  • Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panel
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Co-ordinate repairs and rentals
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Train or arrange for training for team members
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles)
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
Working Conditions:
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
