  • Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the daily activities of our truck drivers, ensuring they are aware of their routes, schedules, and delivery deadlines.
  • Monitor and Report: Prepare and submit regular reports on driver performance, vehicle maintenance, and any issues that may arise during operations.
  • Train and Develop: Provide training and guidance to new drivers, ensuring they are equipped to handle the demands of the job.
  • Dispatch and Route Planning: Coordinate with dispatchers to plan and optimize routes, ensuring timely delivery of goods and minimizing delays.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all drivers adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for everyone.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
