Job Description

CQR Logistics is seeking a skilled Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our drivers and ensuring the smooth delivery of goods to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise Drivers: Oversee the daily activities of our drivers, ensuring they are aware of their routes, schedules, and delivery deadlines.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Coordinate the movement of goods, including dispatching drivers, monitoring routes, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Train and Develop: Provide training and development opportunities to our drivers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor Performance: Monitor the performance of our drivers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
