Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

Job Description

We are looking for a strategic leader to oversee the financial and administrative operations of our organization. As an Administrative and Financial Director, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing controls, and coordinating the work of various departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial plans and policies to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Manage budgets and financial reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork within the finance team.
  • Mentor and develop the skills of finance staff to enhance their performance and career growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in a government setting.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
