Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 2572455 Ontario Inc. as a key member of our fast food restaurant management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profitability
    • Develop and implement budget plans to control costs and increase revenue
    • Monitor and manage labor costs to ensure efficient operations
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
    • Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality customer service and food preparation
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service through prompt and friendly interactions
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team
    • Monitor and manage staff performance to ensure high-quality service and food preparation
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
    • Develop and implement procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Working Conditions
