We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Planning: Prepare floor plans and scheduling to optimize restaurant layout and staff deployment.
  • Operational Excellence: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a related role.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
