Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Financial Management
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Team Leadership
    • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team member performance and provide constructive feedback.
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient supply chain management.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operational Planning
    • Prepare floor plans and scheduling to optimize restaurant operations.
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week of work.
