Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at 2717922 ONTARIO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity.
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Office Services
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Communication
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, and flexibility.
    • Display organized, reliable, and adaptable behavior, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
    • Show integrity and a team player attitude.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
    • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
    • Language of work: English.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
