  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our office staff, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

    • Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
