We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Go Logistics Inc. as an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the team, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including management, union officials, and HR consultants.
  • Data Management and Analysis
    • Collect, analyze, and report on data to inform business decisions.
    • Develop and maintain digital databases to track key performance indicators.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
    • Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours
    • 32 to 40 hours per week.
