- Data Management and Analysis
- Collect, analyze, and report on data to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain digital databases to track key performance indicators.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Office Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Education
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience
- At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Language
- Fluency in English.
- Work Hours
- 32 to 40 hours per week.
