We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at ASL Distribution Services Limited. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations by providing administrative assistance to our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Data Management
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all necessary documents and data are accurately and efficiently processed.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring that all files are accurately labeled and easily accessible.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Database software experience.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
