Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Multi-Link Data Inc / Hospitality. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure procedures are followed.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
  • Assemble and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
  • Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
Working Conditions
